American Dream did wonders for me. I thought it was impossible to own another home after having a foreclosure. They worked with me through the process. As I was getting foreclosed on, their Realtors were helping me find a lease home. They told me I had to be patient. That it took 3 yrs. to get mortgage after a foreclosure, but they promised if I did everything they said that I would own a home again. I just closed on my loan. I actually bought a foreclosure and am in a better situation now than I was in. I have more equity in my home now. While I was living in the lease home they repaired & restored my credit. They helped me to establish credit showing me the most effective way to use my credit to maximize my credit scores. I'm now back up in the 700's. I own a nicer home with more equity in the home because their Foreclosure Specialist got me such a good deal on the foreclosure. I'm SOOOOOOOO HAPPY!!! And I recommend American Dream to everybody.
ReplyDeleteI definitely go with American Dream as being #1. I didn't believe them at first. I'm young, and my father told me that I was being taken advantage of. My Sales consultant was named Brant and he recommended that I bring my Father in so he could go over the program with him as well.
ReplyDeleteWOW! My Father is totally negative about all my ideas but he thought this sounded good so I went with it, and am I glad I did. I OWN MY VERY OWN HOUSE NOW!!!
I can't believe it. I had NO Credit when I came in. They showed me how to establish credit, they showed me how to budget my money, and then they got me a Home Loan. My Dad told me I'm in a better situation than he is. That there has never been a better time to buy.
I used AMERICAN DREAM HOME. They did what they said they would do. I had horrible credit. They told me it was not gonna happen overnight. I had got myself into this mess and it would take awhile to get out. I needed to hear that. They got my scores in the high 600's. I'm a Veteran and got a VA Loan so I only needed a 620. I ended up with a 685 experian, 694 equifax, and 645 Trans Union. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AMERICAN DREAM TO ALL MY OLD SOLDIER BUDDIES.
ReplyDeleteAmerican Dream ended up being great!!! At first I thought they were a scam... It sounded to good to be true. I had scores in the 400's, and they were promising me a home loan. It took awhile but they got me a home loan with a great fixed interest rate. AMERICAN DREAM got me on a better budget as well. The problem in my life was I was spending more than I made.
ReplyDeleteI was about to start off with Repair My Credit Now, but I was trying to get a home loan. I happened to call American Dream and they asked me if Repair My Credit Now had licensed Realtors, licensed loan officers, and budget experts, along with a credit repair dept. with attorney. I'm glad I chose AMERICAN DREAM... They got my Home Loan really fast. My scores were in the mid 500's. And now they are in the 700's.
